When the interior surface is installed on your pool, the project is complete in terms of our time line commitment. In most cases, we successfully meet the agreed upon target date. We strive to make the construction process as pleasant an experience as possible while delivering a superb product; your patience is appreciated.

Following the interior completion, the Finish Out phase begins. Comparable to a house walk through, this is the time when you meet with your Construction Superintendent to identify and discuss follow-up items. Each item will be documented and written up on a form so that our craftsmen or Finish Out personnel can complete them.

Our in-house personnel will address most of the minor issues; such items are usually quickly accomplished because we control our staff’s schedules. If the item requires the return of our specialized craftsmen, there may be a slight delay. Because installations are more time intensive and weather dependent, follow-ups are scheduled around and between them.

Your construction superintendent or a member of our scheduling staff will contact you if you need to be at home for any repairs or final inspections. Please arrange for us to continue to have access to your yard until the finish out list is completed and the final inspection has passed. We will try to be as considerate as possible.
